I am beginning a new challenge. A challenge to reduce sugar!
A lof the time we can feel like we're making good healthy choices, when lurking under the surface is a barrage of hidden chemicals and sugars that are unwittingly undoing all of our good work.
Im defineitly of the mindset that food shouldn't rule your life. Of course we should enjoy life, treat ourselves and endulge every now and again, however over the past few years and plagued with a number of stomach issues - sugar seems like a good place to start in elimating some negatives!
